I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received from Dr. Wiseman. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel confident throughout a very stressful time. I truly felt I was in great hands. Dr. Wiseman is by far the BEST doctor I have ever experienced. As a chronic illness patient (not related) I have have been turned away, not believed, and told me to not worry about some things I go through. So I have a little ptsd when it comes to dealing with doctors. I had noticed a lump on my neck and went to see a surgeon recommended by my GP. Amy the receptionist is a horrible person. She hung up the phone more than once because I was unable to pay at the moment. I will pull over while driving and make sure I pay her at the moment she calls. She said she had the right to speak to me that way and hung up. Horrible customer service. I've worked as a receptionist / medical billing and coding before. You do not speak to people that way. Have empathy and sympathy Amy. You have no idea what people are going through
