Amy the receptionist is a horrible person. She hung up the phone more than once because I was unable to pay at the moment. I will pull over while driving and make sure I pay her at the moment she calls. She said she had the right to speak to me that way and hung up. Horrible customer service. I've worked as a receptionist / medical billing and coding before. You do not speak to people that way. Have empathy and sympathy Amy. You have no idea what people are going through
Not a good Doctor If I could give him 0 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend him. The office charged my card 100.00 two weeks after my surgery without my permission. Horrible bedside manner when he entered the room for surgery he didn't greet you or say hello I looked up and he was standing there The nurses in the hospital were more empathetic then this guy I went to my Doctor the day after surgery he treated me like a human being not this guy.
Dr. Douglas Wiseman is a master of his craft ! My surgical experience ( Parathyroid ) with Dr. Wiseman beyond my expectations - " His hands were guided " ....he gave me a second chance at healthier life ! My recovery is painless easy and fast - My neurological symptoms are improving drastically - I am getting my Life back! I feel like I am a new person- feels great. I was so fortunate to find dr. Douglas Wiseman - gifted, brilliant, top- notch Endocrine surgeon - highly highly recommended!
You will not find better than Dr. Wiseman!!! I cannot recommend him enough. His bed side manner is unmatched. He really cares about his patients. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. You will always feel comfortable and heard. I feel like you are in the best hands with him and I know I got the best possible care. Staff in office is wonderful, friendly, helpful! Prior to becoming a surgeon he was a mechanical engineer. Extremely intelligent and a great man.
