Zero stars if I could. I'm in my 3rd trimester and am having trouble breathing while laying down. Asked the doctor what to do about it because it was affecting my sleep so badly. He said "Don't breathe too deeply and don't breathe too fast. Change sleep positions." I had already explained it happens on both my left and on my right and while laying flat on my back.
