The experience at Advent Health Wound Center in Tampa was horrible. Dr. Reintgen spent less than 2 minutes at the doorway. He stood into the doorway and never examined my wounds. He said 12 words to me then turned his back and walked out. The nurse is sarcastic and rude. She was rough with cleaning my wounds and no numbing was given.
REFUSED TO SEE ME DUE TO ME BEING 15 min LATE.. AFTER I DROVE OVER 40min from a complete opposite side of town and my GPS led me to the wrong location. I arrive at 8:15 but checked in roughly around 8:18am. My appointment was for a simple breast exam due to pain that I was looking forward to resolving. I was told the doctor couldn’t see me and would not make any accommodation to fit me in. I then asked to look into this matter by speaking with one of the head nurses or management.
