Dr Dow stepped in and took over my treatment after I had life threatening complications from a surgery performed by another urologist (from a different practice group). Dr Dow provided answers to all my questions, and even answered questions I hadn't thought to ask. The contrast between the care I received from Dr Dow (excellent) and the prior Dr (not) was dramatically in favor of Dr Dow. He is my go to urologist from now on and I recommend him highly to others.
No one answers the phone. It goes to answering machine and you ate promised a call back by end of day. It never happens. Dr. Dow is competant but depends on incompetant office staff too much. Anyone else would have fired the whole bunch. Have been waiting two weeks for new prescription for medication refill. Neither pharmacy nor I have had any luck. Will be finding a new doctor.
Dr Dow always professional and very happy with every visit. Had a few procedures and all went great Will always recommend
Second time that the appointment for my wife is moved to. One more week. Staff unorganized. If you are looking for an urologist you better search for another one.
