Dr. Roth is so thorough and patient. He cares about his patients and his office staff is lovely. I am so blessed to have him as my doctor.
I wish Dr. Roth can hear patient with his complain before interrupting. I was told an annual check cannot have any complain or it's going to be a sick visit. Even if I agree the change to a sick visit, I was told I can complain one thing per visit. Also, I was charged as without an insurance even if I have handed in my insurance. I have to call the group to fix it. At the end, I have to change my PD to another which is amazing and hear me out.
