Dr. Rossi has great 'beside manner'. He answered every question I had and knew my post surgery was atypical.
Very polite time. I wasn't waiting long at all. Everyone was great!
Dr. Rossi was great at explaining the choices and reality of my situation. He's very thorough and explained x-rays of my broken clavicle in detail. I followed his direction and used the arm sling for a month. I had to change doctors due to insurance. My clavicle is healing and Dr. Rossi helped me move forward.
Once I got back to a room, it didn't take very long to be seen by X-ray and the doctor. I appreciate the help with figuring out what was wrong with my wrist. Thank you for helping me out.
