The entire staff is exceptional—from the friendly team who answers the phone to Andrea, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient during our assessment. Dr. Rix was warm, attentive, and clearly dedicated to finding the right treatment. This is not your typical orthopedic experience. We’re so grateful to have been referred to him.

I have some very serious orthodontic issues and I’m making a trip from Edmonton to Calgary to see Dr Rix because of his progressive and amazing treatment options. The front staff are the kindest women I’ve ever been treated by. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am notified of cancellations so that I can come in as soon as possible. My children have been patients of Dr Rix for many years. We are impressed and grateful for the professionalism and expertise of the entire team. I would also like to commend them on the way a recent scheduling conflict was addressed and resolved. Thank you, especially to Beth ( office manager)
