Dr. Rix is such a professional. He is extremely detail oriented knowledgable. He's airway oriented which is so refreshing, and rare in Calgary as most orthodontists only prioritize smile aesthetics. At Rix Orthodontics you get optimized function (swallow patterns, tongue health, airway health,) AND aesthetics. My daughter has been seeing Dr Rix and his team for 10 years for orthodontic support. She was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea at age 3 and was referred to Dr Rix to optimize airway growth through orthodontic intervention and myofunctional therapy. The staff were amazing with my daughter, especially when she was anxious about treatment plans.
