I had a very difficult Worker's Compensation case complicated by their use of their lawyer to downplay the condition. Doug was ablee to get me in touch with a competent orthopedic surgeon who accurately described the condition, causation, prognosis and get me a fair settlement. I do not think I would have got this result with one of those law firms we see on TV, who use or paralegals/ junior partners to quickly settle their cases for less than it is worth.
