I had a pipe burst last January...water was pouring out of my living room ceiling. I called Doug at 8:01 in a panic. First of all, he actually answered the phone! I explained my situation and he said that he had to go somewhere first but would be at my house by 10. I was amazed! He called me at 9:30 and said he was running a little late and apologized!
