Dr Lotz is always very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously manage my allergy symptoms.
My appt was on time and everyone from receptionist to nurse to doctor were very pleasant. All questions were answered so I could understand and any at home directions were explained well and written down. Definitely would recommend them to all.
I had a great experience at Family Allergy and Asthma. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Lotz was excellent. He’s very kind, patient, and takes the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to help them feel better. I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone dealing with allergies or asthma.
Thorough and knowledgeable exam, along with great people skills. Dr. Lotz is exceptional! Goes extra mile!
