this clinic violated the patient rights and hippa law by refusing service to me
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Bagge and his staff. Competent, caring, trustworthy and reassuring are just a few of the words that come to mind. Highly recommend!
So I called this place to see if I could get in for a dislocated shoulder. They tell me I have to go to the ER to get X-rays done and a referral sent so that I can get seen. Called them back and now they’re refusing to see me and are sending me to another doctor. So now I’m sitting in my truck bawling my eyes out because I’m in so much pain and just sat through a 2 hour visit at the emergency room just to get sent away again 😤 save yourself time and just call someone else! Incompetent staff doesn’t know anything
Dr Bagge is a really nice doctor, very easy going and knowledgeable. Super nice and friendly guy overall, however i can't say the same for his office personal, they are rude for the most part, not friendly at all when checking in. My daughters first appointment I asked about how long of a wait it would be, the receptionist replied with "i don't know id have to go to the back and check" and gave the impulse that is not something she was wanting to do.
