My family has been seeing Mr. Potoczak for many years, and after my last appointment today I will never go back. He is not a doctor.. he could care less. I refer to him as Mr because if he’s is considered a “doctor” our health care system is in trouble. Do us all a favor Mr P and please retire. He was in my appointment for maybe 45 seconds and said what do you expect me to do? Horrible service..

From my experience Dr Potoczak is an excellent doctor and very knowledgeable. He addressed my health with this is the way it is and only you can change the course of of your disease but in a professional matter. He made the world of difference in my health. He doesn't sugar coat a thing. He tells it how it is and that's fine by me I needed to hear it. Also he is an MD which means he went to school the longest and learned that much more. For all you haters out there maybe you're just looking for someone to blame

A sons opinion of his parents dr. Was my moms and dads dr many years. She had copd. Two weeks in a row Elyria hospital gave her a stress test after exercising there and they said she needed to be put in the hospital. My parents said no. Reason because my mom had a family dr spot in a couple days. Two weeks in a row. So she goes see dr p.
