Prior to bloodwork results from my most excellent PCP to try and determine the fact my bones were constantly breaking I’d never heard of hyperparathyroidism. Dr. Politz and his staff are the best. Very professional while being caring and friendly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Politz starting with my initial appointment where he spent time explaining everything all the way to the procedure when he met before and after to talk to me and finally a call at night to see how I felt. His nurse called two days later to check in with me and talk about medication and the best way to take them.
I am grateful for the care I received from Dr. Politz for my total thyroidectomy. He was kind, reassuring, and compassionate throughout the entire process. I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Lopez, whose bedside manner was also impeccable. What meant the most was that Dr. Politz personally called my husband to check on me once I was home from surgery, that level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Dr. Politz, did a Parathyroidectomy for me on 01/14/26 and my experience was top notch. He communicated everything that I needed to know, answered all my questions and, I experienced very little to no pain. I would recommend Dr. Politz to anyone who needs a doctor for Parathyroid concerns. Everyone involved did an Excellent job. Thank you for your expertise.
Dr Politz was wonderful pre, during and post surgery. Very transparent and provided direct answers. Displayed considerable confidence. The group at TGH Outpatient center were also great. I also appreciated meeting Dr Lopez - very kind of him to stop by on the morning of surgery. Diagnosis was spot on and all went according to plan. Highly recommend.
