Don’t sent your loved ones here- ask for another facility! Staff is friendly- but they are not trained well at this facility- patients are waiting days for med refills, or med denials because of no insurance. Patients seeing med “specialists” takes 2-3 days at times. Med staff have messed up sending the wrong meds with patients at discharge. state needs to take a good hard look at this place- it has crappy reviews for a reason- if you have a bad review please call it in so state is aware!
Nasty staff and a nasty place. My mom was trying to take a train home, and after they let the other residents steal a bunch of her things they made her stand at the service door where her uber driver couldn’t see her and she couldn’t see him and wait. So then she missed her Uber, half of her stuff is gone, and a bunch of b money was wasted. These “people” are trash

Enjoyed northern plains very much all of the staff is amazing All the counselors are amazing.Especially my counselor bill the therapist mister jeff and And the certified perry covers coaches d and jake I wouldn't be where I am today without these wonderful people So if. You're looking for a good place to go to northern plains
I’ve been on the phone for 2 hrs today trying to call in but nothing this is a really bad facility if you can’t even answer you phones
Too any and everyone on the juice, if u truly want help go with suboxone. Don't let these dr.s give you more than u need.. as a person on suboxone for 8 yrs. I also was on the juice for 3 years.. do not let these clinics stamp a number on u. Do your research, most counselors don't have degrees.. and are only doin it for check... why else would they let u get up 200. 250mgs. You'd not really quiting wheb u dose, take handful of benzos.. you need be held accountable, if you really want to quit.. anyway call actual local real d... read more
