The front desk NEVER answers the phone past 4pm. I have been trying for 3 days now to call my loved one as its the only way to reach him for a week. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
My brother was there for 5 days after reaching rock bottom, a miracle that he went. After 5 days they discharged him because they said he didn't have health insurance, but he had been approved for a financial program through THEIR company!! He was covered for 1 year. They called me after he was already on his way home. Every single person I talked to had no idea what was going on, it was a lot of confusion. I was an intern at this establishment and I whole heartedly enjoyed my whole experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and management was on it and its a great place to be. I was hired on as a TMA after and continue to enjoy my time here.
