After struggling in crime and the streets using drugs, such a vicious cycle that there wasn't much hope-I found this place. The staff were all top notch, including the medical team & kitchen staff. My every need was met regardless some of the bad seeds of the environment. Nova, the nurse. Monica the Caseworker, and all the facilitators (Jackie, Dan, Sarah, Jeff, and Carlos) of group were all genuine and relatable. Honestly I feel like a better person and like I can be the man I know I can be because of my stay here.
The front desk NEVER answers the phone past 4pm. I have been trying for 3 days now to call my loved one as its the only way to reach him for a week. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
My brother was there for 5 days after reaching rock bottom, a miracle that he went. After 5 days they discharged him because they said he didn't have health insurance, but he had been approved for a financial program through THEIR company!! He was covered for 1 year. They called me after he was already on his way home. Every single person I talked to had no idea what was going on, it was a lot of confusion. I've heard good things about this place I'm trying to get in right now. The faster the better. I just want to get off the Xanax.
