purchased a ssangyong musso from Douglas Paul a few years ago , service was great and really straight forward, also part exchanged my old musso.

Got an ongoing AdBlue issue with my musso which has been around for 6months plus. Either wrongly diagnosed I don’t know but has cost thousands in lost time and work. Spoke to the second in command apparently as I didn’t buy the car from them I wasn’t a customer. If I had bought it from them it would have been a different service apparently. Myself being from Rotherham would prefer them to do the warranty work as they get this paid by Ssyangyong to do this keeping the workshop busy and money in.
