So I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time with Penn Medicine for them to tell me they don’t accept my insurance after I jumped through all of their hoops including scheduling only in NJ, getting a referral from my primary, signing releases, etc. So annoyed!
A client of mine is being treated first aid for cancer. In this practice, she experienced a lack of professionalism, what felt to her like lack of caring, hands off approach… And she has a stage four cancer patient. That's unacceptable. As she transitioned to Sloan for Care in NYC, they neglected to send over the proper information; she had to spoonfeed to them what was needed, despite that it seemed quite obvious. People come from all over the world to be treated at Sloan Kettering; it is worth the commute. I was quite di... read more
i recently had mti imaging at penn medicine cherry hill radiology i must say i am amazed how well i was treated in this facility from the check in receptionists to the medical techs who administered my mri tests. they were efficient, pleasant, and all acted in a professional manner. i would recomend this medical facility highly.
Would give less than one star if I could. Doctors are incompetent, desk employees are nasty. Penn medicine should be penalized for exposing patients to incompetent employees, especially cavarell. The office is disgusting and should be closed.
When I went to Cherie Ditre in my 57th year for laser resurfacing for large pores and very minor acne scarring I thought I was in good hands, after all she’s a Penn Doc with high ratings. It was the worst mistake of my life. She’s a hack. One week post op laser she noted several seborrheic hyperplasia scattered all over my face. To remove them, she took a scalpel and cut them out, not one or two, ten or fifteen. Now my face has gouges all over and I’ve been to all kinds of dermatologists and plastic surgeons to repair her... read more
If I can get this hospital, zero stars. This hospital cares nothing about the patient wellbeing and it does absolutely nothing about the complaints of the patients and family members. When my sister was admitted to the ER, I spent hours trying to find updates only to find out that she was moved out of ER into emergency surgery and into the ICU. and let me not get started on the ICU nurses, they think they can hide their racism but I tell they really don’t like people of color, I and my niece waited in the ICU doors to be o... read more

Try and stay away the best you can. Their response time is pathetic. Doctor/Patient skliis horrendous. Ive suffered with chronic ectopic beats for years and they don't really take it serious enough. You either have to be comatose or close to death to warrant any real care. Maybe that's what they want. I'm suffering again and no one really seems to give a s&&t. If i were a family member of any of the Docs, rest assured, it'd be a different story. When you suffer beyond belief and just want relief and quality of life, thats t... read more
This is one of the worst health centers I have ever encountered. I often was put on hold for 20 minutes just trying to make an appt. They have a crazy set up for scheduling that means waiting for a follow up appt for over 6 months, even if the doc wants you in sooner. You wait and then get 15 minutes, with the doc on the computer most of the time. It is cold, impersonal, superficial, and like being in a factory assembly line. And if you are sick you can't even talk with a dr., who wouldn't know you anyway. I found another... read more
