We had an absolutely horrid experience at this clinic. We have recently moved to the area and needed to take our 2 cats in for their yearly check ups. We chose this clinic due to the great reviews that we saw online. The vet & assistant seemed unable to conduct an exam and keep our cat calm. They insisted that we not "scruff" them, which is what we usually do so the vet can conduct the exam.
