FIRST of all the staff Claudia and Cindy are extremely rude with snooty attitudes. the kind of attitude like as if you were bothering them when you ask a question. He is always on time! Very easy to talk too. Very good Dr
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning

2 stars because I give 1 star if the doc cuts off the wrong leg. Nitta doesn't care about his pts. He cares that there out of his office ASAP. Everything else is of little concern to him. He doesn't return calls. I sincerely wonder if he would walk across the street to save a pts life if he couldn't charge for it. Seriously look for another doc.
Some docs and their staff want new patients. Some offices try to make sure they follow up with calls and make sure they listen. Then there are some that would really rather being doing something else. I can honestly say this group of people act like they would really like to be in another line of work.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Absolutely Not Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Was this family doctor friendly? Yes
