Jai été en urgence ce matin je suis vraiment déçu et frustré de comment jai été servie je suis en détresse et jai eu l'impression que je nai pas été soutenue et pas écouter il sont sensé etre la pour les personnes en difficulté mentale mais moi je nai rien vu de sa et je suis sorti aussi en détresse qua mon arriver
Editing my 5 star to 1. Over the years the services have declined. Overcrowding, staffing shortages, unavailable resources, patients feeling unsafe, unheard and in some cases mistreated. It's leaving many patients including myself feel like the ER even in times of crisis is no longer an option. It's quite sad because I used to advocate for the Douglas, for the quality and quantity of services, the wonderful staff, but unfortunately in very recent years it has all diminished.
Very good mental health hospital. Friendly, caring staff.
All institutions must be abolished to achieve peace
