Dr mangan and the staff have been great to me personally the new office is super clean and shiny
Dr. Mangan’s medical assistant Melissa is a real piece of work! Not only did she not listen, speak over me but was extremely rude. I needed an appointment for an urgent knee matter I was experiencing and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Mangan for urgency purposes. I had an appointment with Dr. Bert in January because that’s who I was referred to by my doctor. Because of the urgent need to see a doctor I was going to see Dr. Mangan. It seems like all the negative reviews are for his staff (although they seemed very professional to me). As for Dr. Mangan himself, he definitely helped me navigate my options for a rotator cuff tear. He didn't push surgery, and he let me decide which option was best for me. He allowed me to choose the PT center that I researched before my visit, which I appreciated. He is an intelligent doctor who listened to my needs and concerns. Dr Mangan was timely and courteous. He explained my issue then my options. I highly recommend him!
I waited for over two weeks for th dr m to receive and review my file from out of state. I had to keep calling them for status. Finally was told I needed a "trauma specialist" because of multiple broken bones. - they've already healed. Just needed to see about having the plate removed from my elbow. Outpatient surgery. Another 5 days have passed and no referral. On eternal hold with them now re: referral.
