Originally, my pcp was Dr Peterson. As he retired I was switched over to Dr Hargrave. It took me a couple of appts to get to know him. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He knows what specialist to refer you to. The visits in room with him have been up to 1/2 long. Very thorough, professional and answers all ur questions, or guides u in the right direction.
Dr. Hargrave is one of the few doctors I’ve had that actually listens to what you have to say. He gives you sound medical advice and he’s very knowledgeable about current and old school medical science. Sometimes the wait in the office is long but it’s because he dedicates a good amount of time to each of his patients.
Always had good experiences with Dr. Hargrave but since the Inspira takeover it's been impossible to get sick appointments. I first attributed it to covid but even recently it's been an issue. Instead of paying a $20 copay to see my Dr. I'm going to have to pay $50 to go to urgent care

Physicians like Doug are why people go to Philadelphia for treatment. Patients have options. Settling for a childish and unprofessional PCP is a thing of the past.
