Dr. Louk is an outstanding doctor. He is kind, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Louk for taking such good care of me for 18 years!
Been waiting over well over a month and a half for an apt and the week before they call and tell me that "he will not be here" and scheduled me for over a month and a half out. Horrible patient care. Will be looking for alternative since the experience is bad, even before I set foot inside.
First of all, the front staff and nurses are outstanding. They are very kind and they listen to you. I have to tell you, Dr Louk is just fabulous, so kind and listened to me carefully as I explained my condition. He prescribed medicine and explain to me how to use it and yes, within 3-4 days I was much better. Dr Louk is just one of a kind and he deserves to be complimented.
