I wouldn’t go with this firm they settled out of court and victim blamed me so Randy Janis actually had the audacity to say I had said something out of turn to the trafficker and he didn’t bother taking the case to court why they take tons of these cases and operate law firms like a factory if they take enough cases and settle and don’t bother being shark lawyers and actually going to court and fighting for victims rights then they don’t have to actually work as much on one case. I have been working with Douglas and London for 7 years now and I've had at least 4 different lawyers and was not told that I had a new lawyer. When I call I never get the receptionist that answers, I get an automated message that prompts me to leave a message and I never get a call back. I've emailed my now lawyer and she NEVER responds back. I'm mad at myself for choosing this law firm. I sent an email in May, and another the end of June and I've yet to get a response. Your staff is so unprofessional and rude. I’m unable to get any information always she’s on another line you can email and same ole mess every time I call. I’m beginning to feel this is a spam. I suggest you don’t use these attorneys you can never speak directly to them or actually no one.
When you call you can’t talk to no one this ppi claim they tell lies this been going on for five years nothing lies
We have been working with Douglas & London for several years with our Philips Cpap case. Over the years we were kept informed on each step that we needed to complete or that we were waiting on more information from the court. Each time that we emailed Rick Rubin with a question we were either emailed or called by Rick immediately. Usually, it was both. We couldn't ask for better service or communication. Thanks for all your help through this long process.
