Dr. Layton is aces. I have had an aching knee for several weeks and decided to have it checked out. I had an appointment at noon. By 4:00 the same day, I had a diagnosis, X-ray, radiologist review, Dr. review, Dr. response and recommendation, and new appoint scheduled. I received treatment in less than 48 hours. This was a remarkable timeline.
So thankful to have Dr Layton and Dr Jen in Polk City! I recently have had a couple medical issues that needed immediate attention. They worked me in and had great care! They listened and gave great advice and care to resolve my issues. Definitely recommend they care, knowledge and experience with them!
Jen Blaylock is great at helping patients and she really listens I love her and would follow her wherever she practices at so much knowledge
Honestly, I really don't like taking my son anywhere else. Our whole family sees Dr Layton, and I have never had a bad experience! I have had appointments with Jen as well, and both providers truly care about their patients. And I can't say enough about the nurses and reception staff, those ladies are above and beyond! I'm a high anxiety person, and they always have something reassuring to say or give ideas on how to help, and even emotional support (first time mom, I didn't do well with his first blood draw). We quite simply love this clinic. They take such wonderful care of our entire family. Both Jen and Dr. Layton are kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They have fit my kiddos in last minute on several occasions when they were sick and always take time to really talk to us and understand what is going on. If we have any complaints at all, it's just that their insurance/payments system seems to be fairly disorganized and we often need to contact them to fix bills.
