Re-posting the review as my previous one-star review of Kim Teel was removed. Kim Teel does not know what she is doing. As mentioned by another client (if you search up one star reviews you will see more 1 star reviews for Kim). I have also spoken to other paralegals who have stated that they have worked against Kim Teel at the LTB and "she tends not to do things the right way". Today when I should the LTB document to another paralegal he said, "Oh, it was done by Kim Teel? Yea, I'm not worried". She has a reputation from ot... read more
The paralegal team here is top-notch. They were super responsive, explained everything in plain language, and got my case wrapped up quickly. I felt like they really had my back. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with Douglas Law Firm. They displayed unethical behavior which made me question their integrity. Most concerning was a complete breach of trust. I do not believe my matters were handled professionally and instead shared within the office. I would strongly advise against using their services.
My mother and I worked with Rohan.S. I had my kids with us and he was very nice, understanding and patient. He also went over everything with us multiple times to make sure we didn’t miss anything. Great service!
