I tried to contact Douglas Lake Vacations about a unit that I rented. The lady, who claims she was the owner, was very rude. I asked her her name and she said "It doesn't matter who I am" and hung up on me. I tried to call back and she hung up on me again. Then I called back and she wouldn't answer. I then received an email that she cancelled my reservations which I did not ask for. I would never do business with Douglas Lake Vacation!
