Horrible people. Mindy Rodriguez, Abby, and a couple of other names in specific, these people always threatened to take me to court for litigation, when I DIDNT HAVE A JOB! Do better!!! On top of that, I never received any real proof of anything (hit a car, scratched the paint, I somehow owed almost 7 grand.) you people scam folks thru insurance.

SCAM! Just block their number if they ever call you. I’m getting harassing calls and emails claiming I owe 10k for financial responsibility for an accident my vehicle was involved in, for a period I had full coverage for. Kelly Strong (Lee on the phone) keeps calling me and making threats of a suspension if payment is not rendered. when I asked him on the phone to forward me any information regarding this, he simply told me he wouldn’t. Scammy, scummy, right at home for a “firm” in Florida.

Extremely frustrating experience. I dealt with ongoing threats for five months before my license was suspended. It took that entire time to come up with the large down payment required to start a payment plan. After I paid and the plan began, I was told the balance was $300 higher than what I had previously been quoted by a representative named Aubrey. These people are very unprofessional and eager to try an “sue” someone. For the past 5 months I been getting a plethora of spam calls saying for me to settle or get taken to court for a accident that was ruled no fault, these are very shady people and be careful because they make empty threats and will lie about what written reports say
