Extremely frustrating experience. I dealt with ongoing threats for five months before my license was suspended. It took that entire time to come up with the large down payment required to start a payment plan. These people are very unprofessional and eager to try an “sue” someone. For the past 5 months I been getting a plethora of spam calls saying for me to settle or get taken to court for a accident that was ruled no fault, these are very shady people and be careful because they make empty threats and will lie about what written reports say

They’re not reasonable or easy to work with and they use fear mongering to get the money. Even if you’re willing to start payments they have strict rules about the down payment and how much they will accept. They also have an expensive card fee that adds almost $20 to every payment.
