Rude and dismissive ! He's in the wrong profession ??
Dr. Kartel was a good listener. He provided excellent advice and treatment for my problem. He was personable and I feel he is extremely competent.
He treated me with kindness and respect. Helped resolve my problem.
Didn’t listen to anything I said, barely asked questions. I was sent from Urgent Care because I was in “too much pain to examine”. He took two minutes in the room to be condescending, hardly examined me, and then discharged me with meds without any explanation. The pharmacy was closed by the time I was out. Sent home in pain because he also didn’t give me anything in the ER. This is healthcare failure. He is the reason people hate doctors. Being busy is not an excuse to forget empathy.
Worst ED provider I have ever seen. He was the most Arrogant Provider I have been ever met
Horror Story. Performed a lumbar tap that turned out to be bloody spinal tap causing me permanent spinal damage that I will have to live with the rest of my life.
The worst doctor ever. Horrible bedside manner..even when the patient was a scared 3 year old who had poasibly been sexually assaulted. He did not even tell her hi or try and build trust with her before he had us hold her down and remove her pants. Went back and forth on what he said many times. His horrible medical advise or lack there of could have very well negatively impacted a smart, intelligent and beautiful little girls life forever. MY DAUGHTER IS WORTH YOUR COMPASSION AND CARE!!!!!
Not recommended at all.
Treated elderly family member in ER. Was thorough, caring, articulate. Explained everything concisely and clearly. Maybe best ER doc I have encountered at St. Luke’s.
