The lady's at the desk was kind and the place is very clean. Dr. Wyland was nice and friendly. Understandable.
Botch of a first Rotator Cuff Surgery. I had to come back to him with zero change as he didn't complete the repair we agreed I needed. Once my shoulder healed from the botch surgery I had to come back and go through it all again to get the repair done we agreed needed done to start with. Dr, Wyland did not own his actions. This cost me TWO: Surgeries, imaging, office visits, physical therapy sessions. Never once owned his actions to even deduct his office visits or phone call sessions the 2nd time around to redo his work. I ... read more
Dr. Wyland was very informative and professional. However, his nurse or medical assistant was quite rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she seemed extremely annoyed by my presence. Reception ladies were wonderful, along with the ladies that fit/size for orthopedic braces.
Dr. Wyland diagnosed me with torn rotator cuff, surgery needed. He said it would not heal on it's own I had already waited months. I agreed to reattached with surgery after reviewing MRI together. When in surgery he did not reattach it he changed plans and only cleaned up the shoulder. I woke up to find this out and knew it was a bad call. Eight months later I contact him with no change in my shoulder AT ALL. I had to have the initially planned surgery done. This cost me 2 MRI's, 2 office visits, 2 surgeries, and 2 PT time. ... read more
