If you’re looking for knowledgeable and professional jewelers, look no further! These jewelers are my favorite. They’re not far from downtown Conroe, they’re friendly, professional, and kind. They have fixed necklaces, created an earring to match one I misplaced, dipped my white gold wedding ring, resized a ring rather quickly, and are just all around cool dudes. They know me by my name, and are very welcoming into their store. Give them a visit! Tell ‘em Laura says hi!!!!!! :D

My husband bought me my engagement ring from Douglas jewelers. I went to get it sized and it was still too big, but what really is crazy is my big diamond fell out and I was very upset. We went in to resolve the issue, and the owner was very rude to me about my ring. He really needs to learn how to talk to customer's, and have some customer service. He was a complete smart a$$ saying " Well how was I supposed to know it wasn't sized correctly?!" Extremely rude, zero sympathy about my ring that the diamond so easily fell out ... read more
