I had a Tib Fib fracture and crushed lateral capsule. Repaired by Dr. Doug Roger about 17 years ago. Now at 71 can walk 5 miles without problems, I asked why not replace it, he told me that a replacement at that time would have been good for only 10 years, no doubt his decision was correct, I could still Hike the Bump & Grind if I was in California. Very grateful for his expertise
Had a hip replaced a few years ago.Tried to get answers to some concerns now and nobody will return my calls. I am VERY disappointed. Good thing I don't have an emergency. All I ask for is a short 2 minute call. GOOD LUCK!
Trying to make an appointment for over 3 weeks. Their phone message asks to wait and that they'll be right with you. After 20 minutes, it switches to a voicemail for a callback. I have left multiple messages and NO callback. Very unprofessional office.
Terrible bed side manner, great PA, MD rude condiscending, rushed. Never saw him before or right after surgery, left the practice! The ⭐️ is for his PA!
THE WORSE OFFICE STAFF EVER! I have a referral from my insurance company and I've been trying all day to have my phone call answered. All it does is ring and ring. When someone did answer she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said they would call me once they received the referral, and, when asked how long that would take, she said 5 to 7 business days!
