Air conditioner went out again… 93 degrees out and they can’t get anyone here to fix it. They only care about getting you to sign on the dotted line.
DO NOT rent from them. Our house was infested with mice and they did nothing about it. They are unresponsive and unprofessional. Would hate for anyone to experience living at any of their properties. Stay away.
this company just bought my apt building and not good communication from the old owner to the new owner and they say down load there app on the google play store i did that and it told me to call my apt manger so all they had to do was update some info and then i was all set up i just think if they want a smooth transition then they need to put that in the letter we got
termites and broken windows for 3 years and never fix still to this day moved out a year and half ago smh never rent from this landlord.
