They destroyed my hair. I asked for a caramel/blonde balayage and I have naturally lightish brown hair. It doesn’t look at all like a balayage. My roots are dark and then quickly transitions into bright yellow hair. No nice blending, or any sort of dimension to my hair. It looks awful, and it’s completely botched. They offer a free “re-do” but only by another student. I asked them nicely if they could get an instructor to fix my hair, but they said no, only students work on hair there.
