I am not normally one to post reviews but felt the need to after visiting the Douglas Homes showhome and office in Lanark, Airdrie. I had a horrendous experience engaging with the sales person, Trish. She made me feel as if I were doing something wrong by asking her basic questions about the build and the area. Ghastly attitude when talking to a potential client. So unprofessional.
