Absolutely the best Hvac company put in a new furnace And even answered a bunch of questions and educated me on mistakes I was making on my old furnace. Use very great service. I’m very helpful telling me what I need to do to prolong my furnace. If you’re reading this, hopefully you will know. Just call him. you won’t find better anywhere

He has been amazing my heat went out very early Sunday he suggested waiting until Monday to come offered to bring enough space heaters to keep us warm since most part places were closed. Arrived Monday first thing installed a new furnace since mine that he had been trying to keep going the last few years couldn't be repaired they replaced it cleaned up like you would've never known they were here. He goes above and beyond to make sure all is right

Another HVAC place didn’t know what was wrong with my furnace and wanted to charge me $1400 to clean it - I said no and had to pay them a $90+ visit fee and was cold and miserable all last winter. This fall I called Douglas. Joe showed up and figured out exactly what was wrong with it in 30 seconds for $550 dollars. On top of that, he was super kind and courteous! Joe is a huge asset to your business. Thank you Joe and Douglass! I won’t freeze this winter - so grateful.

Douglas heating and air is the only place to go. Our AC went out, and with a toddler in August this was a massive problem. I called Doug and he came out within 2 hours to assess our situation. Unfortunately we required a whole new furnace and AC system, due to age and damage.
