Douglas heating and air is the only place to go. Our AC went out, and with a toddler in August this was a massive problem. I called Doug and he came out within 2 hours to assess our situation. Unfortunately we required a whole new furnace and AC system, due to age and damage. Amazing company to work with. They diagnosed it quickly and correctly. There was an issue with a part that they immediately fixed with no hassle. Super nice guys and flexible. Very good with my mini zoo so I didn't have to worry about anyone getting outside. This was a great experience.

Great company to work with. I’m new to the area and somehow got lucky enough to find this company shortly after moving here when I found some issues with my hvac system. They are quick and helpful and found immediate solutions for my issues. Pricing was great to top it all off. I will absolutely be using this company for all futures services and repairs.
