Amazing company to work with. They diagnosed it quickly and correctly. There was an issue with a part that they immediately fixed with no hassle. Super nice guys and flexible. Very good with my mini zoo so I didn't have to worry about anyone getting outside. This was a great experience.

Great company to work with. I’m new to the area and somehow got lucky enough to find this company shortly after moving here when I found some issues with my hvac system. They are quick and helpful and found immediate solutions for my issues. Pricing was great to top it all off. I will absolutely be using this company for all futures services and repairs.

These folks are fantastic. I do not give five star ratings easily. My #1 need in a contractor is the increasingly elusive tri-fecta of (1) Trust, (2) Quality work, and (3) affordability. Joe and the guys check all of these boxes. This modest home owner is happy to have them on call, and they'll do the same for you.

We woke up the day after Thanksgiving with no heat. Someone was able to come out that day to get us emergency heat, until the issue could be fixed. He returned at a later date and got everything back to normal, at a lower price than we anticipated. We will continue to use Douglas Heating and Air for any future issues that may arise.
