Extremely unprofessional and rude. Tech was condescending
Douglas heating and air is a top notch company. I have a rental property on Norris lake. Mike was referred to me from my property manager. My air conditioner was in its last leg. Mike spent time with me explaining all options and what he thought would be in my best interest. He and Clyde came up with costs and timeframes to install a new system with a 10yr warranty. Douglas heat & hear made me and my family feel like a priority and took care of my house like it was their own. Could not recommend enough.
They did a Great job on putting in our heating and air system. Super nice, and fast. We highly recommend this company.
