Had the unfortunate opportunity to use Brittnee Hill on a case. She over promised and under delivered. Never knew what was going on with the case, did not follow up, and kept billing for time on documents that were specifically NOT on the list of our requests. Documents were filled with errors and misspellings. I felt she only logged time to the case to show billable hours, but did not complete the tasks we originally requested.
