Received a referral and was contacted yesterday after 5 pm via text message. I found the tone and initial contact to be unprofessional and unsettling. I had neuropsych testing done by Dr. Ruben. While his office is a bit quirky and not what I expected, I found him to be very knowledgable, polite and welcoming. I was nervous about the testing but he made me feel comfortable and was great if I didn't understand something or needed clarification. The report I recieved was incredibly detailed and accurate, though not completely what I expected. I would absolutely go to him again.
