I wanted to write a positive review of this GP surgery. I’ve been a patient a number years now and can honestly say how professional and helpful all the GP’s, nurses and receptionists are. They listen, they are emphatic and get things done. I suffer from an inner ear disorder which affects my daily balance and proprioception; it’s been a difficult and challenging number of years for me on so many levels. Doctors are awful! Never able to provide an answer they just sit on the phone and avoid any questions, I’m not even sure they’re qualified
Wife is 10 days over her due date, she called to get more iron tablets she got told ‘not ideal for Monday morning’. Do me everyone a favour and go home if you will provide this type of service to the general public and to people that pay thousands in tax every month.
Just had a very.... Strange call from this surgery. It was a call I was expecting ,but not from this surgery. First, it sounded very suspicious and when I queried him to confirm on why he was calling, he replied with the wrong subject.. and seemed to get annoyed that I was not going out and saying my personal stuff to him. I ended the call and he had the audacity to dial me right back? Also this call took place at 7pm, when they're supposed to close at 6:30pm?
Legit told that I can’t see a doctor because they don’t want sickness in the surgery so I will get a phone appointment instead…WTAF?! What’s the point in being a doctor when you won’t have sick people come and see you. I need to be examined not just guessed.
