I have never been here ,because I haven't lived in Florida since 2010.Dr Winger ,along with Dr pratt way back on March,1,1987 delivered my Daughter Stephanie Kathleen Carroll .He along with Dr Pratt were very good doctors,and took great care of me. Ms.Mary Kathleen McCoy Previously many years ago ,my last name was Carroll I went by Kathi usually,or Kathleen
