I had telemedicine visit to establish care. Dr. Franz conveyed a wonderful "bedside" manner even via video visit. He explained things, asked questions and listened to the answers and my history.
Fantastic attention to detail and thorough examples nations.
This physician stands out because he is not only very knowledgeable, he is also COMPASSIONATE and will listen to your concerns. He does not assume to know what you are experiencing as many other physicians have the tendency to do. I would recommend him to anyone! Especially to those who have tried other doctors and seem to not receive the information / therapy / compassionate care they deserve. I literally thank GOD for this doctor as he has helped bring my life back to a normalcy I had not had in years!
Dr. Franz has always been very helpful, understanding, and kind. After my surgery he was caring and gave me a lot of information on how to take care of myself correctly.
