I ordered a standing spray for my niece's funeral on 7/19/24. I was extremely pleased with the flowers and would highly recommend Douglas florist.

Took my order, told me how much it was going to be, charged me. I believed everything was fine. I went away for the weekend, came back on Monday to find out flowers were never delivered. I called them and they said they needed more money for the order. Not sure why they gave me one price and then needed more. Worst part is they said they called me but I had my phone with me and never got a call. I would have given them a one star but fact is I'll never know how good they are.

Upset with this florist. Ordered flowers for my bestie because we live some hours apart. Specifically asked for NO carnations. And what do you know?…several carnations in the arrangement. I even asked the lady over the phone to please take note. She said she did and there would be none in the arrangement.
