Saw Dr Coker regarding severe and ongoing back pain. Tried to explain the history but he didn't want to hear it, told me to just tell him about now, not three months ago (when I first had the issue). I described to him what I now know to be classic l5/s1 nerve compression symptoms (severe pain, numbness and pins and needles extending to my foot, loss of mobility etc). I’ve been jumping through endless hoops trying to get somebody to take over my prescription for a schedule 8 medication. I’ve been sent back and forth by other providers. I came here just now with a letter from the Psychiatrist, straight in, the appointment was on time, the doctor was friendly and helpful, and they made the whole thing super easy. Great job, and a refreshing approach to healthcare.
Should be more doctors like Dr Sultana. Met for the first time today. What a lovely lady. She might be short in stature, but big on knowledge, and personality. More doctors could take a leaf out of her book.
