Fantastic doctors, great service, great to have blood tests T same time!
I have been going to this practice since 2022, Dr Melody who worked there was amazing. Ever since she left the practice I have had NOTHING but bad experiences. My concerns dismissed, misdiagnosed, and today was the final straw. If you are a woman and mother seeking support and advice regarding your mental health, DO NOT SEE DR SULTANA. She completely dismissed anything I said, said I should feel blessed, and ended the session by asking me to find my own therapist and she would send them my referral after that. We had a doctor appointment with a female doctor on 21/06/2025. She is rude asking my carer to be quite and even telling my carer that my carer talk too much, whilst my carer trying to explain something regarding my medication. When my carer requested politely to the doctor to send the medication scripts to the Pharmacy, that female doctor quick replied " it's not my job!!". The doctor also blaming my carer not to tell her that I'm a smoker, how the hell my carer knows what she wants and what she thinks. I just shake my head... read more
