I had a consultation with this firm and met with Henry. Although I ultimately did not move forward with them, I had a very positive experience. Henry was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things clearly. He made me feel comfortable during the meeting and answered my questions honestly. I truly appreciated his time and approach.

Apparently, the secretary is unable to keep track of appointments. It seems they lack basic scheduling abilities. We arrived for a confirmed appointment with all of the pre-meeting instructions and yet we were told that they had no record of the appointment. Stick to your daily iced coffee order and avoid answering the phone for appointments. Move on to the next law office.
I called to schedule an appointment to speak to an attorney, I spoke to Mark the intake paralegal and was advised I’d get a call back. I tried 3 times so I can strike first now I am without an attorney and on the back foot already as a man in NY at disadvantage. Trash law firm. DO NOT USE!!!!
