This office is the WORST. They never return calls, the nurse is the most disrespectful and hateful person I have ever dealt with. She spoke to me in an extremely condescending matter and had a terrible attitude. We waited weeks at a time for results that were very important to us. My dad had an appointment here today; the staff was very friendly, personalable and professional. Dr Milam was courteous, factual (in a friendly way) and treated us with respect and professionalism. Awesome experience. While there was some initial equipment malfunction, the staff handled it quickly and with a positive and lighthearted manner. They were fantastic.
Great doctor. Has been helping getting my husbands problems fixed. Never have any problems getting appointments or speaking with nurses there.
Waited 9 weeks for appointment at the Franklin office. Diagnosis make and treatment recommended. Five (5) months later and no treatment started. Today I went to Urology Associates, in Nashville, 2801 Charlotte Av., and, I recommend that you do the same as I. Vanderbilt Urology office scheduling and insurance is the worst.
