This office is horrible. I called Monday to make an appt for my father in law with Dr. Guggenheim I was told they would call me back. I called on Tuesday and was told it takes a couple of days. I called again on Thursday morning 9:30 am they scheduled him for weeks out by a Dr we didn't even request. I was told someone will call me back it's almost 4 and nothing. It's a shame because these patients have cancer and have to deal with incompetent staff.
After being a patient of a PenMed oncologist/ hematologist for over 8 years, my sons thought it was time I changed to a doctor closer to home.
