Called, the lady was super nice, said they could get a quote done in a couple of days since my job was local. Called next day, said he'd go the next day. Called the third day only for her to say that they sent me an estimate...NO, they didn't. She hung up on me 3x. They must be making maaaaadddd money to throw away business.

The owner Sergio is known in town as a very unlikable person. My wife contracted him weeks in advance to start and finish a rewiring job in our Douglas house before we move down from Tucson. He had barely started by the time we got there and we had to look for rent. After my wife paid him in full a week into having finished the job the outlet for our dryer stopped working so did the switch for one room, one of the exterior outlets and our coolers electrical work was left undone, and while we were having new windows installed... read more

I called and was told there was a 2 week wait for an appointment. Fair enough. What gave a 1 star rating was being hung up on when I asked if they could recommend someone in area to me.

To be fair I had no bad thing to say of ability but communications suck big time. I used them once after some delays and reminders the work was done. This time around I have been ignored and forgotten completely I waited the whole day sent texts. No or slow Response called in afternoon told i was next. Never heard anything else from them. I get they are busy but our time is valuable too.
