I called and was told there was a 2 week wait for an appointment. Fair enough. What gave a 1 star rating was being hung up on when I asked if they could recommend someone in area to me.
To be fair I had no bad thing to say of ability but communications suck big time. I used them once after some delays and reminders the work was done. This time around I have been ignored and forgotten completely I waited the whole day sent texts. No or slow Response called in afternoon told i was next. Never heard anything else from them. I get they are busy but our time is valuable too.
Rene upgraded my panel to 200 watts and was quick and neat. Excellent work!!!
Made the appointment, when they had to cancel they didn't let me know until the following day. The site says open 24 hours, but they do not answer the phone. Or they wait 15 hours to return messages.
