Called for basic service. Was advised that someone would call me back to schedule. After a week I began calling for new electrician and accidentally called this company again. Lady confirmed that I was on the book and someone would call. Its been almost 3 weeks and not even one call to say that it would be a while before anyone could assist my family. I would say that constitutes poor customer relations and poor customer service.
