Very disappointed in how our family was treated the year after my first vehicle accident EVER. I’ve been insured with Erie for 14 years and am exceptionally disappointed, and will be looking to file a complaint higher up.

Gregg and company are very nice and friendly and gives excellent service.
Caitlynne Laird was very unprofessional had an attitude didn’t want to assist and answer questions that I had asked and hung up the phone mid conversation. When I called back Sean Garrity kept telling me they weren’t going to waste their time and didn’t want to give me her Information or the presidents number gave me a fictitious number to call so I could file a complaint and wouldn’t be of any assistance.
