Ok, before they even let you see the doc you pay, then after he found out that we were leaving the island and wouldn't be return business interest waned instantly...sad to see in the medical profession
I called Doctor China's office to try and find out information about scheduling an appointment for my fiancée, the receptionist was very rude and did not take time to answer my questions. If that's how they treat potential patients by phone, I would hate to see how the bedside manner is when you have an appointment. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Thank you
After 3 weeks, 2 calls, providing information requested and authorization form was told by the staff still had not had the opportunity to speak to the doctor as to if he would take my husband on as a patient.
Dr. Ching really helped me deal with a knee problem which worsened while I was in Maui for a month. In a procedure, which I hardly felt, he drained 65 ml of fluid off my knee and sent me for X-rays. I returned for a second visit and a second drainage in 4 days which yielded additional fluid removal, followed by a shot of cortisone. My knee is much improved and I am following up with problems revealed by my X-rays.
